Can I ask why you took the head cover off to begin with, was there a problem. The best thing to do is re-trace exactly what you did, even if it means removing the head cover again (You have to in order to put the screen back in ). Check all the visable connections to see if something come loose or is touching another wire. For so many problems to occur at one time to the electrical system leads me to conclude there is a major short.
